    I have been using Quicken since 19879 or 1990 and this morning was the final straw. 45 minutes later and I still cannot log into the software. In the last 36 months, quicken has gone from a fantastic product to the bane of my existence. I hate it!

    1. With many calls to their support group, patiently working through their “basic” questions, I was eventually able to make it work. I can now log in without endless failures with connections, etc. But it took a lot of work and patience. Recently it asks me about upgrading. HELL NO. I see no point. What good could upgrading possibly do? Except make it not work again.
