This picture, of course, is very deceiving. The average distance from Earth to the Moon is 384,400 km. The average distance from Earth to the ISS is about 250 km. The moon is about 3470 km across. The ISS is about 100 meters across. The ISS can be seen from Earth with the naked eye on a clear day, when you know where to look at the right time. Of course, a lunar transit will be very quick and you couldn’t blink when it happened, or you’d miss it.
