Snowden is charged with espionage. What did he actually do?

He told us that our government is spying on all 300 plus million of us. He exposed the agency, and he embarrassed them. Now the government is making the ludicrous claim that he is helping the enemy. So al Qaeda is better off because they know we’re watching them, needles in haystacks of 300 million Americans?

Thugs are burning down the house, and a little boy tattles on them. We’re punishing the little boy. After all, the Patriot Act makes the spying on us legal and we don’t seem to mind.
