Elections in other Countries

Headlines from Florida show people standing in line for eight hours just to exercise their right to vote.

One friend of mine on Facebook is Brazilian. Brazil is a large country with a large population. Here is what he said:

Here in Brazil the elections are done in just one day and the votes are done electronically. The voting time ends at 6:00 PM and around 12:00 AM the names of the new president, governors, and state and national representatives are known.

I am at a conference in Albuquerque right now, and I just talked to a man from Florida who stood in line to vote yesterday. He has a friend who is a French citizen. She told him that when France holds national elections, there are two places in Florida where the French nationals can go to vote in their country’s election.

Where in France can you vote in the American elections?
