Does this sound like a man who knows what he is talking about?

Not to me.

If this came from an obscure candidate running for his ego with no chance to win, that would be one thing.

This is coming from the man who will be President of the United States in 23 days.

I have been in situations where I don’t know what I am doing, or what I am talking about. When that happens, it’s pretty obvious to myself, and I try to be quiet.

Most diplomats are pretty smart and educated people. To get to the upper echelon of the U.N., whether you believe the U.N. is a good thing or not, you can’t be a blabbering idiot. It’s one thing for Trump to step outside of his mansion for 30 seconds and spout off what he did as quoted above. It’s another thing to sit at the table with people that DO know what they are talking about.

Interesting times coming up for Trump.

Everybody always knows it when somebody talks and he doesn’t know what he is talking about.
