The pilot of a Virgin America flight facilitates a wing to wing encounter with the Virgin Galactic White Knight and creates a once-in-a-lifetime spectacle for the passengers. I always thought that Branson’s Virgin companies were cool. This tops it off.

I was at the Mojave Spaceport when White Knight carried Spaceship One to 50,000 feet, where it then went on to win the $10 million Ansari X-Prize for two suborbital space flights in the same spacecraft within two weeks. Extremely cool.
Cold, actually. It was a morning flight so we spent the night in the van. The desert is freezing at night.
