Introducing Speculoos Cookie Butter, a deliciously unusual spread reminiscent of gingerbread and made with crushed biscuits. You can get it at Trader Joes, but I hear it’s almost impossible to get and therefore very expensive. A colleague at work gave it to me. Thanks!
